👤 Publisher Management

Located at Admin → Users → Publishers, this section allows for granular control over individual publisher accounts.

Account Overview

View comprehensive publisher profiles, including connected apps, withdrawal history, and referral trees.

Administrative Actions

  • Status Control: Toggle accounts between Active, Suspended, or Banned. Suspension automatically triggers a notification to the publisher.
  • Financial Adjustment: Manually add, subtract, or set a publisher's balance (e.g., for bonuses or manual corrections).
  • Security Tools: Manually reset publisher passwords or audit their recent login history (IP and Timestamp).
  • Referral Tracking: Monitor multi-level referral earnings and the list of publishers referred by any specific account.

Manage your 28+ native network integrations at Admin → Networks.

  • API Configuration: Edit credentials (API Keys, Media IDs) for each pre-integrated provider.
  • Manual Sync & Test: Perform real-time connection tests to verify API keys and network availability.
  • Global Postback: Centrally manage the postback URLs required by external networks to report conversions back to the platform.

Withdrawal Management

Review and process publisher payout requests at Admin → Payments → Withdrawals.

  • Audit Flow: Review requested amounts, payment method details, and publisher history before approval.
  • Manual Fulfillment: Once you fulfill a payment via your chosen gateway (PayPal, Crypto, etc.), mark the request as Completed to update the publisher's ledger.
  • Rejected Requests: Rejection automatically refunds the amount to the publisher's balance and triggers an explanatory email.
